I tell drivers to grow up when they mess with marihuana. They know that it will destroy their career and they do it anyway. You're case however, is much different. I don't have a moral opposition to pot, I think it should be legal and that's that. I don't smoke it because I drive and its against the law. My income is much more important than getting high. But, you're case is different and I do know that pot alleviates pain in a much better way than traditional pain medication does ( which is also labeled a narcotic). Wait 6 months since you last used, and be honest with the people. Show them your card and release from your doctor if they have questions (which after 6 months it won't even show up on a hair follicle test). Good luck to you, I know how bad that pain is, as I have a dislocated lumbar and I slipped a disc as well. It sucks. Remember, 6 months. Be safe getting back on the road and rest that back!!!!
