    Finding a company to provide "free" training is NOT the only way to get a CDL without your money. Half of the trucking companies provide Tuition Reimbursement to new drivers. WOIA is a grant to people unemployed or underemployed or changing jobs. It is administered through your state unemployment office. They pay for everything and you never repay that money. Money for CDL Training

    Never ever work for CR England. Never do a dollar type store for any trucking company.

    For a 60 yo driver I would include any foodservice dedicated carrier like Sysco, GFS and MB in the NEVER category.

    i can physically handle it. i was busting my hump doing grounds maint in south tx just 6 mo ago. but i retired because i was tired of the heat. but what i wouldnt like about those companies you mentioned is alot of stops. and it looks like all-touch.

    It's called fingerprinting. You wouldn't like it.
    And coming down on a steep ramp with a heavy loaded dolly?
    And refilling all coolers?
