still... trucks that can get to go straight in are going to be making some real money we haven't seen in over a decade.

this is so bad for the state itself (CA) that CARB is just putting thousands of O/Os out of business.. it's such an expensive state and all of the sudden their source of income can't bring them any more money... wtf ?!

I guess Cali owners are going to trade trucks with drivers that don't go to cali instead of buying new ones. I think for older truck prices will go down dramatically.

CARB will be very bad for the California economy. I think that they delayed implementation due to not knowing how they are going to move products in and out of the state. Their produce will rot in the fields and that is a huge source of revenue for the state. They bought trucks for many of the port guys who haul containers out of their ports to help them be compliant. I wonder if they will buy trucks for those wanting to continue servicing the state?

You people should step away from this site, E-mail CARB to find real answers. Their website will give you no answers. As long as you were registered with CARB by Jan. of this year, they will do nothing to you. My best friend has a Tow truck, 2001, and he is good until 2016. My 2006 model engine year is good until 2016. The website only shows 94 and older good until Jan. 2015, and 95 good until Jan 2016. Do you think they will do anything at the end of this year? only to the people who did not register with CARB.

ok so 2.5 more years until you cant go into CA and neither will anybody else unless they have a CARB compliant truck. What happens then? The same stuff we are all discussing on here, correct?
