Why not it pays crappy ill literally make double at new job..
See my question i still havent gotten an answer is for my first year yea i had a bunch of incidents. Like i said i quit resigned thwy sent in a dac report for that 1st year. Nothing bad on it no incidents. Can they go back and add them all on my dac now when i quit even tho they already sent in dac for that year like 6 months ago? Or cant they add in what all happened that 1st year? Thats what im worried about. This rehire. Yeah i got a fenderbender im sure im not at fault but i dont know for sure. And even if they put it on there and thats all i have then ill still be hireable.

You may think it is minor, breaking two backup cameras, hitting a parked truck at a tight dock, cracking a bumper, broken spot mirror and so on, but really these are all indicative of a driver that is not paying attention.

It does not matter how you define an incident, they all count! Some companies are more tolerant than others but in the end they will find out from your previous employer what your actual record is, just like quitting so you could take a vacation then going back. That all will reflect on any good company and their willingness to hire you.

That other trailer, or the parking stand or what ever it was you just brushed against could have been a person on a city sidewalk, could have been a worker in the yard...get the point it could have been a fatal accident. This makes you a dangerous driver, and until you stop looking for ways to minimize your actions and instead look at how to prevent them from ever happening again you shouldn't be driving a truck, period. I tried saying that as nicely as possible yesterday, giving you the benefit that you would learn from your mistakes and listen to those of us that have made careers out of this industry, but nope you are still trying to find a technicality as a way to avoid disclosing your horrible record as a new driver.

There is no such thing as a minor woopsie or any contact with a stationary object that doesn't count!

It has taken me 20 minutes to back sometimes. But so far I haven't hit anything. People get impatient but it's my cdl not theirs.

Slow it down, use pull ups and goal. Eventually backing will improve. If you have a clean history companies won't care it takes you a while to wiggle it in.
