On how to deal with sleepiness

I've started taking a multi vitamin and a separate super b 12. I no longer need a nap during day. And maybe caffeine once a wrek

 

The one company that I felt that their drivers really needed a good sense of humor was (stinky) Simon guys! Those guys caught more hell then you can imagine. Can you image how much bull a driver takes when they drive for a company with a skunk on the side of the trailer?
