    What should i be prepared for on the first week and the other weeks to come. I here that conway trainers sit back and let the rookies do all the driving thats gone be scary the mountains that really bugs me with all the horror stories i done heard.

    Trainers have been taking advantage of rookies for many many years. Millions have made it through, you can too. When your in the truckstops just look around at some of the unmentionables who drive trucks and you will be able to tell yourself that if they can, you can!!! Besides driving the truck is the easiest and most enjoyable part of the job. It's all the other crap you have to put up with that causes people to quit, not the driving.

    I'm glad my Con-way Trainer WAS a "Sit back" type trainer versus the "Crashed in the bunk" type trainers you get at alot of places.:biggrin_2559:
