Pulling a box first isn't a bad idea. DA1 n I both started on the reefer side. You can learn the basics with an easier trailer, without having to worry about securing a load. Securing the load can b tough, n painful. Also can be time consuming. Doing atleast PSD on the reefer side is a good idea

Small town bout 45min from myrtle beach(oh the beach days) starting out on the reefer side is a good thing you can learn a lot and if you decide to switch you will have some reefer experience under your belt if you decide flatbed/tanker isn't for you

Hey on the tanker side you can meet all three dispatchers that are in SPRINGMO lol IF you can find their desks lol
