I'm an LO considering putting my significant other on the truck now as my team mate and just saying screw it to that because I don't feel coming out of pocket for that will be cheaper than just getting her a CDL in the next few years once I get out of here. -

I never heard about that. My understanding was I, and I alone, was responsible for the contract I signed.
I was still considered company either way, and it was MY obligation to the year.
Interesting to know for future. Will have to follow up on that one. Glad you posted.

How's it going so far? I have to fax a couple of W-2's to the recruiter tomorrow and I should be all set. She said I should be in the class starting May 11.
