On the road with Millis

I was wondering how it was going. Kinda tried giving ya a heads up before you went with him. Good to hear your bout done though.

Also to some of you new guys comin in, I'll be starting training at the end of Oct so if that coincides with your grad date let me know and maybe we can get something setup to be your trainer. Especially if your from IL area.

 

Also to all the guys getting reday to get in your own truck. If you don't feel comfortable calling your trainer and asking him questions once your in your own truck, feel free to shoot me a message and I'll give you my number. Believe me when you get in your own truck you are going to encounter a lot of things that never occurred while training or that you just plain forgot what to do in said situation. Don't hesitate to ask me on here or like I said I'll give you my number. I know how it is to not want to "look dumb" by calling your trainer and asking him something so feel free to hit me up. If I can help I gladly will and if I don't know the answer I can at leaSt lead you in right direction to it.

 

Hey your through the hard part and you will be in your own truck before you know it.

 

It's definitely sincere. I lucked out and my dad been driving for 25 years so I always had someone to call and it helped immensely. I also still talk to my trainer often I got pretty lucky. I'll help you guys any way I can. The better you guys do the better we look as a company.

 

You, Sir, are a quality individual. This industry would be a hell of a lot better with more people like you in it.
