On the road with Millis

Dallas sucks

 

Oh, I don't know, the highways seem to drive okay for as big as they are...

 

Well when I get through Millis training maybe I can try those Dallas roads out.....

 

With a timid go ahead from my wife, I have been looking long and hard at Millis Transfer, Big G Express, Prime and Titan Transfer. I realized they all have their good qualities, and their own faults. Although not really a fault, the fact that Millis only covers East of the Mississippi is a drawback for me... and Prime covers three areas of trucking (Reefer, Flat and tank) that I do not care for, and Titan seems to be just missing the mark... but I cannot put my finger on it. That leaves Big G, and they require 6+ months, and do not train...

For what ever reason, I keep coming back to Millis... More if I know more I suppose.

Where do you live?

 

North Alabama. Situated between Nashville, Atlanta and Memphis to name some bigger cities. Knight has also come on to my radar tonight. But I digress, this is a Millis thread, and Millis is now one of five companies I am researching, so I will start my own thread(s)... especially since I have already started a thread on Big G Express.

 

Celadon and Osborn have cdl training in Gadsden. Celadon is coast to coast and Osborn is regional. Celadon has flatbed, van, reefers.
