good afternoon
I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread, but I just had a driver (my mother) get a ticket in California on I-15 N.
We are based out of Ohio.
We are a small company just starting off. Family owned. Speed limit was 55. She was going 67. But he wrote down 71.
What should I do? How can I get it dismissed? Anyone have any advise or lawyers that can do that?
Thank you so much and please no rude comments!

Some fight every ticket, and lots of dollars for doing it.
Convictions tend to ripple out to affect far more than the cost of the fine, also may affect employability.
The discrepancy in speed makes me wonder if the detector didn't lock on someone else.
In Ohio, speeding cars have been known to duck in close to the truck they just passed, and hang the truck with the ticket by being less noticeable. Probably happens elsewhere, that one sprang to mind because it happened to some drivers I know.rolls canardly and dca Thank this. -
