One of my drivers just got a ticket

OK I get it now lol.Anyway driver won't get jail time.If anything he would lose his licence but doubt that either unless he has other outstanding marks on his record or unpaid fines.

 

If he really loved her he wouldn't have her driving for him.

Everyone keeps missing the point here, the OP needs to go to court, here in Cali whether I had a violation or was seating in the court room, every judge was linent to individuals specially if you had a commercial license. Unless you have a history of having violations then your out of luck. I myself had a red light ticket dismiss. I seen judges reduce fines and drop misdemeanor violations to infractions and even lesser. The OP should go to court in person and just tell the judge he is guilty but to please charge the violation to a lesser charge.

 

The op didn't get the ticket, the driver did so to me that means it is the drivers problem.
