I've never done an over-sized load permit before. We are located in Ohio. Max width is 11'9", that's the only thing that makes this an over-sized load. The transport is about an hour and a half to two hours from our location in our state. What all do I need to do and how long does it take to get this permit? I started filling out the sheet online. It specifically states that it cannot be faxed, which is a bummer.

Ohio, you probably would get permit back same day within a few hours of ordering...
You’ll need basic information that’ll be on the online form. What your hauling, axle spacing, your route, etc. it’s all on the form. You should be able to fill it out electronically?deathB4decaf Thanks this. -
Just use a permit service like WCS or Transport permits or Comdata
They already have access to the Ohio permit system to get your permit from the state. It will cost about $30 bucks in service fees plus whatever Ohio gets you for. If you are going to do these all the time then burn up the brain cells and get your own account in the Ohio system and order them yourself.brian991219, booley and deathB4decaf Thank this. -
