I do wish you well in the future, with video evidence one can understand why the police would of come to your residence while you were no longer driving you had done so prior to that, saying that your now at home does not excuse the fact that at some point you were driving under the influence, now if you were below .08 you would of been fine, refusing to do a blood alcohol test will result in your being charged with DUI the difference being as they don't actually know how much over the limit you were it would be hard to decide what the penalty would be e.g if a driver was .06 compared to being .15
