My brother got arrested for that once. Fell asleep in his Tahoe right in front of his house. The keys in the ignition, and the fact EMS got there when someone called for help and EMS arrived before the police, he ended up charged with a DUI. I think it was more how belligerent he was with the EMS people. He wasn't proud of himself from what he told me when he saw the video of how he was acting and what he was saying to those people.
