As far as you know, which fleet is better?

Probably not that much difference as far as I know.
Marten Transport doesn't have driver facing cameras; not sure if Pride does or not.
Marten Transport pay structure is well defined on the website and to me it's an excellent pay structure. Marten also has a guaranteed minimum weekly paycheck.
I really don't think you would go wrong with either company.

Yes Marten seems solid on their website
But I’d rather take the drivers word -
I've talked to lots of drivers from different companies and when they complain, I ask, "Then why are you still working there?" They always have some lame excuse. -
