I got through the first year no major problems. a few challenges a lot of learning, what to do (and not to do) met a lot of great people and a few aholes.
After talking to lots of other truckers from other companies I dont see me changing jobs soon. the last six months I have been an a semi dedicated run. I doant see as many states but I am home about 1 night a week give or take.

That sounds great. Congrats on hitting that 1 year. You've made it past the hardest part.

Great job, man. A lot of people don't get that far lol..
Any pros/cons of the company that you're willing to share?
I'm on my 2nd week with W/S. -
I think they are better than most to start with (newbe etc.) they have a few issues but i think all companies do to some extent, i have gotten my raises never shorted pay.The only gripe i have had was with a few dispatchers but nothing serious. its been a good year
Thanks for the replies ( I am a photographer at heart) i have taken a few thousand pictures all over the country -
Congrats!......

I spoke with a recruiter last Friday. They said that I can do my school local and sent me a list. Seems pretty straight forward and I don't mind the regional runs.
So all in all you're happy with them?
How are their rigs?
Anything advice you can provide on the company?
Any major issues? -
Did you hit the $43k they advertise your first year?
-
Congratulations! Are you in specialized by any chance?
-
Congratulations!
I'm starting orientation next week and looking forward to joining the W&S family
