Technically you can't even hold a valid medical card was my point of A and B above per FMCSA rules

    §391.45 PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR DRIVERS
    (b) A person is physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle if that person:

    (5) Has no established medical history or clinical diagnosis of a respiratory dysfunction likely to interfere with his ability to control and drive a commercial motor vehicle safely.

Feel free to read the other disqualifiers and Boys is there A LOT

People with asthma are allowed to drive and can get the medical card. The qualifier is chronic asthma, not asthma as I have it.

That's chronic asthma. I can run miles, I can ride bikes, I do not need the constant use of a nebulizer... Dr signed off on me back in November, and again yesterday. I can hold a CMV and medical card.

    They did.... And they lost.

    Anything else?

Anytime you are injured on the job. It's a work related injury. With certain exceptions if course. And the Judge soundly put the lawyers and CFI in their place with their BS argument too.
