    Find your drivers first.

If they are experienced enough, stick with what they know. They should be able to get you all the answers you need about the paperwork. No disrespect, but you sound like you don't know too much about the business, so I'm just saying, if you don't have good drivers lined up, look for another investment. The smaller the company, the more important experienced drivers become.

You might want to look for another investment anyway :)

Thanks for the advice. I was a truck driver in my country for 12 years so that made me just the only way to know how to make my mony when I was there. Then since im in US I have not drive any more but I was thinking to give it a try. But you are right, I have no experience on how any thing work but I my give a try. Thanks any way.

OK, I understand. So, are do you want to drive your own truck? Or do you want to put drivers in your trucks?

When you said "company" it sounded like you wanted to buy some trucks and put drivers in them.

I want to get 1 truck and get the hang of it and then buy the second, so I would like to have one driver on one truck and drive myself the other one.

So, you have never driven in this country? Correct?

Sounds like you will need to go through a driving program first. The best schools are at community colleges. Check your area. They have classes that take around 12 weeks. They are the cheapest and best schools to get your CDL.

Be careful with private schools, some are rip-offs.

Stay away from big trucking companies that train you; they are rip-offs.

Check out all the community colleges in your area first. That is the place to start.

In some states, school is not required, but it would be best because they teach you how to pass the test and they furnish the truck to take the test in. Understand.
