I have been with Con-way Truckload a few years, based out of Joplin. There seems to have been a big shift in Operations management and I was wondering if anyone out there has dealt with John Jameson much. Anyone got an opinion on this guy?

No problems yet. I'm just an old fart that's never comfortable with change and I wonder who I can trust in Ops if I have an issue. My FM and I get along fine but if I ever do need to go higher up the chain, just not sure who the best person to talk to would be. Any suggestions?

Marty Buck, Eric Lynch, Charlie in Driver Retention is a good person to talk to as well.

It's a big corporation going through leadership changes, unfortunately that means until dust settles, 6 months to a year, trust no one and try to stay off everyone's radar in Joplin and at terminals

    rubber.ducky56 Thanks this.
