When you sign a contract, it's in your best interests to live up to the terms of that contract. If you don't, then you have to accept the consequences. It seems as if you're not happy with the consequences of not living up to the terms of the contract.

In hindsight, you could have paid out of pocket to repair the damage that YOU caused, and the company would have turned a blind eye, and / or been none the wiser. Live and learn.

no I did not have 7 accidents in 3 years, that is the lie he told the carrier I was running for, I paid
ALL the damage that I caused, and yes I did have accidents, no excuse, but it happened
he did not fire me either, nor did I hit a bridge, like he told them. My DAC now reflects different dates on
the accident section after they did an investigation on my request. I followed both contracts I signed,
am not there to make him money ,it was not happening there so, time to go, MY CHOICE, am willing
to face the music, also MY CHOICE just seeking advice for the best legal remedy,to stay employed at the next carrier, so I can work and pay what I owe

Get your MVR, that should show which accidents you had or didn't have.

DOT recordable isn't necessarily on your MVR.
Could be on DAC, likely on whatever the system is called insurance companies use.....
