Throw Schneider out. I know from experience. You will sit, sit , sit. Dispatch lies and treats you like a dog. They are all PR. Bad news.
Prime is all lease, I believe. Don't do that.
Conway actually has one of the better reputations among drivers. I've talked to a lot of their drivers over the years and I don't think you'll do any better as a company driver.
No comparison in your choices IMO.
Opinions and why? Prime, Schneider or Conway?

thank you.

Come to think of it, I've never heard or read about an unhappy ConWay driver. The company must do alot of things right to keep a good reputation.

I know a Conway / CFI driver who is happy
His only gripe is usually they will relay long loads and you only get about 350-500 miles of the relay
But they relay u right back the next day on another leg of another load so...
If that's a downside
Legally at 60 mph you can only run 660 miles in a day anyway so that's not to much cut out and who's to say u won't get a 575-600 mile leg
So in closing I much rather have that than have to run 75 mph to get a place just to sit 24-34 hrs for next load
End of the week who has more miles or accessory pay ?
I'd say Conway
From your list -
It also would not hurt even if it's not required
By Conway / CFI division
Get your doubles endorsement cause u never know if the sit may arise where u can get some extra work pulling a double in peak season -
I did get my doubles/triples, tankers and have passed my hazmat. Hopefully this will get a few more miles for me.
What is the ltl advantage? Conway said I could go this route after 3 years with them. -
Prime is not all lease. It's about fifty-fifty. The company guys didn't have much time to sit around gossiping because they were kept moving. I did a fair share of sitting around over there. Looking back, I believe it might have been partly because my truck couldn't be trusted to keep itself out of the shop.
It ran on a cracked head most of the time I had it because the cracked heads at Freightliner couldn't seem to figure it out. When it was finally figured out, the cracked heads at Detroit Diesel did a half-##*ed job of fixing it and created even more problems.
At any rate, Prime's company guys do pretty well. Home time can be a little dicey and they will put the screws to you to go lease...but in Prime's case, I would skip it. (The lease, I mean) Some do really well most of the time. Most do really well some of the time. It's all about luck of the draw from the FM pool. -
A little late on the thread, but I'm a company driver for Prime and am very happy there. If you want some kind of local / regional / dedicated gig down the road, it's probably best to avoid Prime though. Prime is mostly OTR. Schneider and Conway both will offer you more in that arena. I do feel I'm compensated fairly and have never had a problem going home when I request it, with several passes by the house under loads.
