I just went through that with car dealers. Yes, I needed a pick up truck at the worst time to buy one. The crap they were trying to sell for top dollar. And then wanted to BS me. I shouldn’t know more than them. I walked away from 6-7.

I had an older F150 I saved and was going to fix up. Well, frame shot and engine on its way out. The cost wasn’t worth it so I needed a better one ASAP. I was looking for a 2011-2014 F150 as I had owned one before and loved it. The prices were disgusting lol. Finally found one 3 weeks ago that meet my criteria. Higher mileage than I wanted but also missing the high price tag. I’m done with vehicles for a while. It’s frustrating and exhausting. Girlfriend wanted to kill me.Rideandrepair and FreezingHot32 Thank this. -
and I have zero desire to go back to daily driving my 90 f350 or my mustang, I figured 0% and took the 72 months to lower the payment for that “worse case” being able to afford it,Rideandrepair and JoeyJunk Thank this. -
They are very comfortable trucks but when there Volvo engines have trouble its a little difficult to get repairs on them.

I know this post is about a year old but I was wondering if I could get some feedback on the idle hours regarding a tractor I’m interested in. Looking at a 2014 Pete with a 550 Cummins low miles just over 200 K idle hours just over 9200 what do you guys think ? Thanks
