Have only read a little about orientation here. Has anyone gone through it lately that could give me a run down on it? Thanks

Not really sure, use to see them everywhere I thought. I'm out of Cali, and only doing the 4x4 so I won't get to far.

Some of us are busy driving and don't check on our 30 min break.... today did 543 miles thru CA in 11 hrs (LA traffic stunk) with the truck's weight at 78k, so I was a lil' busy. :biggrin_25525:

DAY 1: Paperwork, couple of silly videos, health check (not a physical) and a drive test.

Day 2:more paperwork, backing test, truck assignment.

All told it's not too bad but like any company training, it's geared toward the lowest common denominator. The videos and classes seem to be "dumbed down". Free lunch both days at Tacoma where they have a good grill on site.

And we run all over the place but have a strong Western 11 fleet. One Terminal each in Wa, Or, and Ca and drop sites in other locations. I know of a terminal in TN as well, but I haven't been east of Kansas yet.

like above, you will see them all over in the western 11, lots of them. theres also fleets out of KC and out of TN, running from denver to PA usually (range, not just the 2 states) but they do run all 48 those are just the 2 areas where most people seem to run. tacoma is main terminal and Lebanon, TN is their eastern hub

West coast Terminals are Tacoma, WA and Fontana, CA. Wilsonville, OR is a Service/Drop Yard, not a Terminal. But they do have two small drivers lounges and showers and vending.

Wilsonville.... Showers, fuel, DEF, repair shop, scale and office but not a terminal? I believe we have different definitions. Seriously, I avoid Wilsonville like the plague. The place was set up by an alcoholic on DT's.
