Well, I've arrived at the greyhound station. Called the number I was given for a Melton shuttle ride to the hotel. Said it'd be 20 minutes or less. That was an hour and 10 minutes ago. And the bus ride didn't leave me in the happiest of moods.

 

So, it turns out that the person I called is a taxi driver, not a Melton employee. He arrived a little over 2 hours after I called.

 

That's kinda shady......

I had my folks bring me when I went. Good thing, I was gunna take the bus.

 

Russell will pick you up in the am at whatever time, 6 or 7...but the rest of the week he'll probably get you at 530. You'll do all the outside stuff in the morning and then inside stuff in afternoon. At least we did it that way 2 years ago, to avoid the heat

 

If you get through the first week of frustrtation with all the hire bs that apparently every company does you will forget all about it when you start doing the job. Mine was 8 months ago and I have to try to remember what went on that week .

 

How's the training going? You didn't get sent home, did you?

 

I'm still here! Can't find time to post, room mate snores like a chainsaw. I find myself fighting to fall asleep with all my extra time.

BTW, Russel is in fact awesome!
