    It's really so simple; just deduct your age from 220 and that's as high as your heart rate is allowed to go.

    Figuring your maximum heart rate is so easy. Just deduct your age from 220 and that's it. This simple formula has been known for ages.

    Easy to figure your maximum allowable heart rate in orientation by simply deducting your age from 220.
