How hard can they be? Some pretty terrible drivers must manage to pass them.

I understand Howard Transportation is easiest. They are flatbed and have a terminal in WV.

Dont get discouraged. TMC is easy

Throughout the first 2 weeks at TMC you will go to classes, simulators, and do soe driving in the yard and on the road. The only class you MUST pass is the securment test. they will GIVE YOU THE Answers the day before. The rest you just eed to show improvement through out the 2 weeks. You dont need to be perfect at driving, but dont hit anything and try to do better each day. On the daily written test, you can faill all of them but you can fail a few. You should be able to blow the math one out of the water to bring up your average score.

As for the actual drivign test after you come back from 5 weeks with a trainer. Its easy. I choked, had poor lane management, got stuck out of gear, missed a turn and just about totally screwed up. I still passed the driving test. Just dont hit anything aside from deer and you will be fine. (that's a hint for one test lol)

If you have nay questions about TMC i was a company driver and then a trainer for them. They are a great company and if you work hard they will treat you right.
