This may sound trite and stoopid ;)
Smokey and the Bandit was on TV the other day and I really like the staccato sound of the air horn on 'Snowman's truck' I've listened to soundbites from Hadley, Wolo and other but they just don't seem to match up. Possilbly a Klaxxon? Any ideas?
Thanks and a lift of the lynch lid

I don't know for sure about brand but I do know that the longer the horn trumpet part is the lower the sound sound of the horn.
So if you have a horn that is 18 inch's long it will have a higher pitch to the sound than one that has a 36inch long horn of the same brand.

Thanks I can understand that just as a speaker with larger circumference has enhanced bass tones.
The trouble is I don't hear these on the freeways of Oregon like I used to and I sure would like to run 'em.
