Other driver claimed I hit him how screwed am I?

    I had another trucker blame me for ripping off his mirror when pulling out of a tight dock. After weeks of both companies investigating it, they found out that the other driver ripped his mirror off a few days earlier and he saw an opportunity to blame someone else but karma came back to bite him in the butt.
