Your play on words is cute,put there’s a big difference in the consequences of what law you break.Going 10 over the speed limit is a fine and points and maybe a talking to safety department depending on your record..While a speeding ticket is one thing a open container ticket in a commercial vehicle is very different which very likely will end in termination and will make it very difficult to gain future employment.As far if it’s not opened and say in the fridge I don’t think there’s a problem there but I don’t know that for sure I’ve myself have done that.
