OTR carriers with Tampa as home

Are there any good companies out there that will hire students that live in this area? I want to run national, but it seems I'm in a black out zone, except for possibly Swift or Werner, and I don't plan on working for either. I emailed a recruiter from Roehl to see what they have to say about it, but I'm not extremely optimistic about that prospect. Can anybody think of any good companies that would fit my situation at all?

I talked to a Roehl and Heartland Express recruiter. Roehl doesn't hire out of this area and you need 1+ year OTR for Heartland. Does anyone know if Watkins Shepard hires here?

No advice at all?
