OTR Companies with no weight lifting requirements

Transam has no physical exam nor will you ever unload a truck. I did one year there as a company driver AND don't lease as a newbie trucker.

 

Dude I think you should do the right thing and talk to your surgeon

 

When I hired on with GTI out of Pacific WA they did not do a weight lift test. Like others have said- go to your doc and get a reevaluation and your limits raised or removed. and BY ALL MEANS disclose it on your DOT physical and to any prospective employer. I read on another post here where someone didn't disclose back broblems on an application and it was discovered during orientation. that person was sent packing
