OTR driver looking for a company to be with long term

This is NOT true.
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. My entire orientation class of 8 quit within 3 months. If you dont fulfill your 3 month obligation, they will hold your last paycheck to pay for your hotel expenses during orientation. This company has 1 customer, Tyson foods. The rest of their freight is garbage off of load boards. You will constantly go through Indy and Chicago on garbage runs to get a load out West (if you raise hell). More likely, you're going to NJ.
Their turnover rate is probably 90%. People quit all over the country and leave their trucks everywhere. They will leave you in Washington or California for 2 days before getting you a run back east. They have 2 service bays. Their trucks are constantly breaking down. I never saw one trailer ever get serviced. They have 2 mechanics and 2 helpers. They would tell my buddy to run equipment that would fail DOT out West. My buddy refused. The mechanic would scream at him over the phone to run it.This company is a total $hii Show. Stay away like the plague. And the haggard who runs the company is a witch. Trust me

 

I curious to know why you want to leave FXG?
