Starting pay is based on your experience & location.Reach your full pay tier within 1-3 years.Earn $58,000 to $63,000 in the first year.

Earning Potential

Established Kaiser & Edwards Express drivers can earn $67,000-$72,000 per year. Drivers willing to run hard and excel in our company could potentially earn $75,000 per year

Paid Time Off

$1200 & 7 days off every 60,000 loaded miles after 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

Minimum age - 212-year verifiable experience and fewer than 3 jobs in past 12 months (exception - closures and/or job elimination)No more than 1 moving violations or preventable accidents in past 3 yearsZero serous moving violations in the last 5 years (DUI, reckless driving, fatal accidents, or driving CMV without appropriate CDL)Excessive speeding - ZERO violations 15MPH over the speed limit in the last 3 yearsLicense suspension for moving violation - zero in last 3 yearsDrug / Alcohol - no positive or test refusal for 7 yearsPre-hire DAC background check performed
