The majority of our drivers get over 12,000 miles a month (17 of our drivers got over 13,000 miles in June). Yes, they sit occasionally, but our customers are very consistent so we know what to expect and where to expect it.
As for the 401k, 4% + 100% match does add up over time. Even if someone earns only $3000 a month, they would still be able to put in $120 a month, plus they would get $120 from us (and that's 100% vested immediately). Better than nothing.
Bottom line is that there are people out there who are tired of the ########, tired of the lies, tired of the small print. All they want is to know the truth right up front and want to work for a great company. If that's not you, no worries! We wish you all the best in finding the company for you!
