Unfortunately, there really aren't any OTR companies that will hire people fresh out of school for heavy haul, even with your loading experience. You might get lucky and find a small local company that will hire you. Can you use your connections in the construction field to land sumpten?

Otherwise, you gotta put in a year or two at a flatbed company hauling coils and flat steel and the like to get experience. Think Maverick, TMC, BTC, Melton, and others.

    Good luck!

A.T.S., out of St. Cloud, MN does A LOT of heavy haul. They, last I heard, hire out of schools. But don't count on that alone. you will have to start calling around to find out.
Though as tarpitall said, you would have to work your way into the really heavy stuff.
