Brown was recently bought by Lynden & they do run teams. Lynden might also be a fit, they own Milky Way too.

As an OTR driver who drives 7-14 or more days out, you should be able to park your car at the terminal and drive home if you find a company that has a terminal in a decent radius to your home.

Depends on how far you're willing to drive when you're ready to get home time. That's how I see it.

Otherwise, I would inquire at your local home improvement stores, which are usually trucker friendly. I park my truck at a Home Depot for three days at a time. Most managers will give you permission if you just ask.

Walmart. This is a hit or a miss. Ask the General Manager or a CO-Manager. Most will allow you to park to shop or take a 10, but won't let you do home-time at their Walmart.

Shopping Malls; bypass security, and go straight to Mall management like I did in Boynton Beach when I visited my mother. To park 3-4 days, they only wanted $100. I know that's alot, but considering there's no where else to park, legally, in south Florida for free, I'd rather pay knowing there is security watching my truck.

Also, paying for truck parking IS tax deductable.

Do a little research, and choose a company based on it's pay, and the way it treats it's drivers instead of where they are based out of.

    Good luck!
