True. Referencing your answer to my question though it is in my best interest to wait till I get to La Vergne Tn to get fuel instead of getting it in Walton Ky per the macro 27.

Looks like it'll be a nickel-or-so a gallon cheaper at La Vergne tonight- base price. That's what you're paying for just the fuel, less the tax. Just make sure you don't run out! I'll buy enough to get a shower somewhere if I have to... I usually compute my fuel always leaving 30 gallons in reserve. That's for just in case!

After my accident in March, I am finally in the positive. I took on a team driver for a couple months to pick up revenue and am now personally doing very well for myself with a lease. Almost four grand net this week. Great for rebuilding my savings that was depleted. :)

Not quite $4k. $3780. 5397 dispatched miles on just shy of $9k revenue. That's not including any taxes, but I have no liability this quarter, either. Saving $1500 of it though.

That's also not typical, it's pretty above average. Most weeks are about half that.

You dug up an old thread, rates vary length, direction, lanes, contracts, etc. Literally can go from 90 cents to 4 bucks a mile...or more.
