I've worked for both union and non-union companies. I have to say the union is better at least in NY where everyone hates one another. I have thought about relocating to the south with some friends.
Im going to see how I like being out on my own as a road driver right now. Last year I would've never taken it but as time keeps going and friends are also returning to school, getting married, got jobs or move away. Plus I had a Gf last year and am single now so that's a huge factor.
Well I should get some sleep, heading to 150 to finish my transfer to 123. Still preping for it, my dads giving me some things to use while out on the road (even though it might be a day or two).

I agree. My parents don't want me driving, but when I told my dad how much I could make and how much easier it will be with my friends backing me up my dad is all for it now. Mom hates it but whatever, she's just mad my sister and I both have jobs and can't be home to raise her two other kids so she can do whatever...

Most parents would be happy their kid is working. My advise with the type of money youll make start saving and pay cash for a house. You'll thank me. Maybe not in NY cause of housing cost but look into it. Makes life a whole lot easier.
