SNI has a Operating Center, where they do training in Carlisle, PA. I would put in an application with them for sure.

your first idea is actually a really good one... check google for local truck stops and try to find a job with an O/O.

it sucks to work in a mega carrier, your always getting harrased and screwed, just check out the "bad company section".

Go work/drive for an owner/op to earn "exp"........ those major mega carrier's will do a number on you.

What's with all this "Work for an O/O "nonsense ? The whole idea of being an O/O is having more freedom and independence m not babysitting some rookie and worrying about him tearing something up and getting higher insurance rates to cover him . Don't be harassing O/O's . :biggrin_25516:
If you don't want to be screwed by a megacarrier find another career instead of paying thousands to be abused .
