    All my trucks have truck specific GPS. The GPS took him wrong way and he ended up going through city and that’s why trooper stopped him.

    I will read through all of the comments in a minute but you are allowed to record an entire weeks worth of time on one sheet, as long as you do it properly. Making sure you mark the ending total as the 24 hours off duty multiplied by the amount of days off and notate in the remarks area along with home terminal's city and state.

    Well you need to relax and get that many who have been here for years heard a lot of excuses.

    Loose the attitude, it isn't about you but the lax regulations with authorities becoming a problem.

    NOW that said, here is what I recommend you do.

    Spend some money on these items -

    FMCSA Compliance Manual

    DOT Enforcement Essentials Manual

    J. J. Keller® DOT Compliance & Safety Program Management Service

    AND think about going to ELD or electronic logging.

    Also provide in your truck kit an atlas.
