Out of Service for rookie trooper SMH

3/8 of an inch?? Ive never heard of that....I thought if a strap was cut in any length it was bad....

Someone want to enlighten me?

I feel you got lucky. As if the guy on the hill, had chased you down. He would have found more issues. As you as far as he cares. slapped him then spit in his face. I had one do me this way going up I-24 years ago. I think it was 1986, he waited until I got to the top of the hill. Pulled me over, asked me why I was running over 45 MPH up the hill?
Then told me if I had been loaded that would not happen. Stupid me told him I was loaded 78300 lbs. For some reason that made him madder. He Did a inspection on the truck and trailer. Did not find anything wrong with it. But did give me a ticket for 49 MPH in a 45. I was proud of that ticket. Just glad that 4 wheeler had slowed me down 12 MPH before the cop found me.
