out of state tickets

i got a ticket a year or two ago coming home from AL.
the speed limit dropped from 65 to 50 and a montgomery county sheriff was sitting just past the sign on a motorcycle. (hiding under an overpass) he got me for doing 70 or so (can't remember exactly) when i pulled my entire driving record up at the local DMV in FL. it had tickets from AL. from 10 years ago when i lived there, BUT NOTHING about the ticket i got 2 years ago.
should i put this down on my school/ company aplications? (i haven't gotten my CDL yet)

what about a ticket from the military police where the officer told me "this won't cost you any money or points on your license but if you get another ticket here you will be barred from recreational access to the reservation"

 

that was kinda my thought too. i will just have to tell them i dont remember the details of it i just didn't wanna shoot myself in the foot unnecessarily LOL.

i wonder if the driving school or the co. i get hired by afterwards will do the DMV check

i don't want to hide anything from a prospective employer,, but my Co. options a much better without this ticket. would they maybe not put it on my record since i paid them?

 

so i hear, i may give them my driving record and mention i got a ticket "a few years ago" but don't re3member the details date, MPH over limit ETC. that is ALL TRUE.

 

anyone else care to chime in here?
