more than a permit would have if you get caught, why didn't you get a permit?
Jumbo and passingthru69 Thank this. -
On a restricted road perhaps he was. Provide details, you must.Meltom Thanks this.

Yep i can tell you exactly how much its going to cost. The amount on the ticket plus court cost. Should've got a permit
-
Let me clarify. My tandems were to far back
-
so you got a OVERWEIGHT ticket. not an overlength ticket.
usually when you get a ticket. the scale tells you how much the fine.
they've always done to me. -
He said he got an over length ticket...as in he had more than 41' between the kingpin and the center of the rear axle group. You can get that same ticket pulling an empty wagon if you've got it stretched out too far.
-
ok. so why's everyone asking about a permit?
you can't get a permit for having an overlength bridge. correct??
i don't pull a slider trailer. but i thought cali was the only one stingy on that 41 feet.
and now that i think about it. i'm curious as to why the 41 feet. when flatbeds exceed that length.Last edited: Mar 6, 2013

It's not an overlength ticket. as found out by more info.
It's not a over weight ticket.
It's not a bridge length ticket. Bridge length goes from axle to axle
It is a kingpin to center of trailer tandem group ticket. nothing else nothing more. -
