If it was just myself doing the load, I would run it and not think twice about it. Since it is a relay though, now you have another driver involved in it in which case, I would get the DBL to send the ok to run it over the QC. 200lbs should not be a problem, but with the other driver involved, it may cause a cluster. Aat the very least if you do run it, leave a copy of the scale ticket and a note for the other driver. It's a CYA situation.

Run it. 200 lbs over not that bad. May read less on weigh station scale. Try to time it to sneak past scale at 2am .

We get green lighted in MI, IN and IL 95+% of the time. And there aren't really any scales that you'd run past in MO going to KC via Chicago. Personally I would just run it 2 inches behind the legal bridge limit and take my chances that way. Less chance it would be noticed than the overweight number.

I would run it! Got a ticket before for being 200 lbs over on Tandems but it was a non license effect ticket and only cost $18.00 .. I would leave a note for the next driver tho.. Maybe explain the risks and what your DBL said. They can make their own decision if they want to run it from there or not.

I don't know what your bridge situation is, but if you can slide the trailer tandems back to as close to 34,000 as you can get it, (about 4 holes I'd guess) you shouldn't have any problem. You're gonna burn off some fuel enroute (again, I don't know how far on your route it is to a coop) but if it all came out perfect, you'd only be 40 lbs over on each group, which nobody is gonna cite you for.

One other thing, if you keep worrying yourself over these little nit-picky deals, you're gonna give yourself an ulcer before it's over. Chill man! Mellow out just a little. Maybe don't fuel the tractor all the way to the top. In the instance above, it amounts to less than 35 gallons of fuel. If you aren't going that far, you don't need 200 gallons of fuel to get there.

send in the overweight macro on your Qualcomm and cargo claims will take care of making sure it's legal weight.

i won't move freight over a scale if the CAT scale shows it illegal. If the DOT scale is off, or if it's perfect and the DOT officer having a bad day and cites you you're outta freaking luck. If the scale is off and your CAT ticket shows you legal you can have CAT help you fight the overweight fine.....

over fines in some states cost more money then I have in savings....why would I chance it?
