Overdrive in trucks important or never mind

    If it has 3:42 rears then it has to have an overdrive transmission. As far as I have found the DT12 comes with a direct (1.00) or overdrive (.78). With a .78 transmission top gear and 3:42 rears on low pro 22.5 tires you will be around 62.33 MPH at 1400 RPM and 57.88 MPH at 1300 RPM. If you like driving at those speeds then this would be a good spec. for you.

    Only the ones that don’t have Tennessee overdrive.

    Its a typo that truck with 3.42 100% has OD
