Oversize Sign Options for '09 Cascadia

Does anyone know of any companies selling semi-permanent oversize signs that will mount to a Freightliner Casacadia ('09) bumper? Or have suggestions to make mounting easier? Just seems to be nigh impossible to get straps to stay in place reliably, and I hate buying new signs all the time.

I'm hoping to find a sign or bracket that would mount to the bumper, possibly using the tow hooks or something similar to hold it in place. Would prefer something that is relatively quick and easy to remove or to cover the oversize sign.
