Overweight fines for new O/O?

    Yes.

    Just like if you have paper logs you're only required to show them the previous 7 days. So get the rest of them out of there.

    Why give them more opportunity to find something?

    Previous 8 full days, I thought. Also supposed to be on file at Office within 12 days. Small Technicalities. I “file” them on the Truck, don’t leave them in the book. Just in case. Friend of mine got a violation once for it.

    As far as the OPs question. They may ask for last 6 Mos. BOLs. The new entry audit is more of an educational audit. They’re just as interested in keeping you from getting into Trouble as you are. Nothing to worry about. They’ll give you a list, with Time to prepare. I hear it’s handled via phone and computer nowadays. Better than entertaining them like I had to, at my house.
