Owner op looking for co driver

My name is Kevin and been driving for 10 years, I drive with Fedex custom critical and looking for a co driver to pull a 53 foot refer van. The loads are no touch fright and the weight is very light. the only endorsement needed is hazmat, but will not be hauling it. no force dispatch and we will not be sitting. Well, hazmat is required but don't have to take load with it. 6 months experience is required. I like to run 3 to 4 weeks but time off is up to the driver. the drivers split 40% of what truck makes, and the truck avg. 5 to 7 thousand a week, can be more going to Canada.
