owner op needs help

    hi guys i am purchaseing a triaxle dump to run locally in my home town i am going to get my own authority but because i am partialy disabled i have medicare ins that i can not afford to lose so i wanted to know if my truck was leased to a co set up in my sons name when it would come time for customers to pay the bill would the check be able to go to him and not me even though i have the authority in my name and then he pays me a set amount so i wont lose my health coverage i hope no one thinks bad of me for trying to do somthing like that but this day and time calls for extreme measures thanks to anyone who can hel me drive safe

    if you cn put everything in your wifes name and list your son as the driver,,,,,keep your name out of it

    Even in the wife's name may not protect your benefits... with Medicaid they check household income...
